Thanks to its modular and adaptive design, the ASP heated gas sampling probe series is suited to a wide range of applications where continuous direct gas extraction is required with limited maintenance and related down-time. The probe body is heated up to a fix (or adjustable) temperature in order to prevent sample condensation or the loss of components of interest.

A significant advantage of the ASP series is that the filter, inner stack sample tube, and top-filter are extractible without dismounting the probe allowing efficient and fast maintenance and routine inspection tasks.

Application

The ASP heated gas sample probes are designed to fulfil the requirements of Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems and Process Online Analytics. In coal and gas fired power stations, waste incinerators, thermal oxidiser, syngas and biogas plants and many more.
