Dynamic Accumulation is ideal to increase line output and raise overall efficiency. The AccuVeyor® AVD offers you Dynamic Accumulation while saving you valuable floor space. Its usable length can be expanded to overcome micro-stops, slowdowns, and breakdowns in the up or down stream of the line. Unlike conventional solutions, the AccuVeyor® AVD has a simple and robust design that reduces investment and the cost of ownership. Dynamic accumulation is now affordable for almost all packing and filling lines. The AccuVeyor® is a true alternative for horizontal single lane or mass flow accumulation.

AccuVeyor® AVD
An AccuVeyor® AVD is a single lane accumulator within the AccuVeyor® family. Standard it only builds 2.6 meters in square. It can incorporate up to 140 meters of useful accumulation length up to
35,000 items per hour. This is sufficient for 2 to 10 minutes accumulation and represents the best footprint accumulation time ratio currently available.

The complete machine is driven by three drives only. It is based on a robust welded frame work with a patented rolling friction belt guide system. The frame can be configured in full wash-down stainless steel or coated mild steel for dry packing areas.

Principle
The AccuVeyor® AVD consists of an up running as well as a concentric down running spiral conveyor. A transfer unit shortens the product flow from the up to the down stream spiral conveyor. The transfer unit automatically moves along the spiral tracks to shorten or extend the total accumulation length to comply
