KD Instruments is an instruments distributor and calibration services company based in Perth, Western Australia. They have operated for the last 23 years selling and servicing a range of pressure, temperature, calibration, level and wireless instrumentation. KD Instruments has a total of 14 staff based in Perth.
KD Instruments maintain NATA (17025) accreditation for calibration of pressure and temperature instruments. KD also provide calibration services in the electrical testing field, further investments will expand 17025 accreditations to include electrical testing.
With this acquisition, the business of KD and the entire staff, including one of the owners will transfer to WIKA Australia. The combined team, including WIKA Perth staff will operate as one team based in the current offices of KD.
The KD acquisition will strengthen considerably WIKA’s market share and presence in Western Australia. It will also increase NATA accredited calibration services WIKA can offer in Australia complementing the already significant calibration capabilities in WIKA Sydney office.
KD is a strategic acquisition for WIKA in Perth and we look forward to welcoming the new team on board.
