The Gullco Kat/Oscillator “Combo” is comprised of the Compact Oscillator head, controls, mounting brackets, connecting cable, heavy duty micro fine rack boxes with rack arms for horizontal and vertical adjustments and standard MIG gun holder, together with a Kat carriage for rigid track or flex track as shown above.

The portable modular design of this heavy duty remote control weld oscillator makes it easy to handle and setup. This compact unit increases productivity and improves weld quality by providing precise automation of welding applications. Mounted on a Kat travel carriage, the oscillator imparts pendulum, tangential or step motion to the welding gun with adjustable stroke widths, speeds and dwell times. Also a wide range of weld patterns can be produced.

•  Gullco microprocessor based 24 volt D.C. programmable control with closed loop tack feedback for accurate speed control when running in any plane, regardless of load, (maximum 45 kg)
• Speed range 1 – 32.7 IPM (2.5 – 83.1 cm/min).
• The carriage is controlled by the Gullco new low voltage 24 volt GSP microprocessor pulse width modulation motor control interfacing with the forward/stop/reverse switch, high speed return and infinitely variable 4-turn speed potentiometer.
• LED display in IPM or cm/min.
• The carriage incorporates the oscillator electronic controls providing independent dwells at each end and the centre of stroke, infinitely variable 0 to 5 seconds; oscillation speed potentiometer, speed range 8 to 188 cycles per minute (16 to 376 passes per minute).
• Electronic Oscillator head control provides motorized Oscillation width potentiometer, oscillation centre line adjustment toggle switch and ten (10) program memory buttons. 
• Automatic wire feed start; adjustable carriage delay start, adjustable 0 to 3 seconds; dwell on/off switch; auto start switch; toggle switch to change oscillator mode from standard angular oscillation pattern to step square wave oscillation pattern.
