The WastePac GL40130 is a high-throughput, heavy-duty dual shaft shredder designed for demanding industrial waste applications such as car bumpers, rigid plastics, tyres, e-waste, and general product destruction. Driven by two powerful 45kW motors, this machine excels as a pre-shredder or primary processor in high-volume waste facilities. Its standard 50mm cutters are built to tear through bulky and dense materials with ease.

Operators can choose from a range of blade configurations, single-hook, two-hook, four-hook, or six-hook to optimise for different waste types and loading behaviours. Variable speed drives (VSDs) provide individual control over blade speed, ensuring maximum throughput and adaptability. Optional rotating screens can be integrated to recirculate oversized material for further reduction.
