Ultimate LED's Series LED Pedestrian Warehouse Workplace Safety Halo Lights are designed specifically for material handling applications to provide a visual warning for pedestrians in the vicinity of mobile equipment.
These lights are intended as a supplemental safety device in addition to a 360º warning light and project a red, 290 lumen line beam onto the ground either side of the vehicle.
Featuring 9-80V DC operation, an aluminium housing and polycarbonate lens, the SHRL-S2B is extremely resistant to impact and vibration damage and has an IP67 ingress
protection rating.
This light has many applications. Create No Go Zones in your work place, NO more painting the floor. Mounted in production line areas, Loading Bays, Danger Areas, Conveyer belt areas ETC.

What is the purpose of the Red Zone Danger Area Warning Light
40% of all forklift accidents involves a pedestrian. Ensure pedestrians stay a safe distance away from the forklift with the Red Zone Warning Light. The Red Zone puts a bright red line on the floor, near the forklift, to show pedestrians where they are not allowed. This zone can also be called the SAFETY HALO zone and can be adjusted to the distance of your choice. The Red Zone (Safety Halo Zone) helps prevent foot injuries and collisions from rear end swing, as well as showing the NO Go Zone around any piece of mobile equipment. Each company can set their own NO Go Zone or SAFETY HALO ZONE distance. A standard distance is 1 metre but you can increase this to your requirements. This light is easily installed by an Auto Electrician into your ignition system. The light will activate every time the ignition of the machine is turned on. It has a low power draw, no extra heavy duty wiring required..
What Type of forklifts can the Red Zone be used on?
The Red SAFETY HALO lights were designed for any forklift used primarily indoors. They can be used on any type of forklift including sit downs, stand ups, tuggers and more. The Red Safety Halo lights can be used on fuel, gas and electric forklifts etc. While the Red Zone lights are weatherproof and can be taken outside, they are not bright enough to be effective outside on sunny days. They will be more effective outside during dust, dawn and night times. This light is not UL rated for hazard area's. The Red Zone Light can be combined with other warning lights on your machine.
Mounting brackets are available, no welding or drilling into the operators safety cage. Easy to install.
