Strapping Machines are used most commonly in the warehouse to securely bundle boxes or goods together for freighting and distribution and are an absolute must when considering productivity.

A strapping machine can make this process a whole lot simpler (especially when compared to manually strapping items together using strapping tools and buckles) and really is a minimum requirement in any warehouse or distribution centre.

Get Packed supplies two series of semi-automatic strapping machines. The 200 series and the newer/latest 300 series.

The 200 series is sturdy and mechanically the same as a traditional strapping machine using a clutch, chain and belt action.

The newer 300 series has no clutch, no chain or belt and the new technology is simply powered by the mechanical head. The tension is controlled by both an electronic control and strap length dial located on the outside of the machine for easy and quick adjustments.

Both the 200 and 300 series feature both a closed model, and an open model. Both perform exactly the same and simply comes down to preference. The closed model may offer more protection to dust and contaminates and the open model may provide a clearer access to the machine strapping for loading in and out of the machine.

How to use this product

Simply take the end of the strapping and loop it over the top of the carton/item and the slip it into the strap shot at the other end. The strapping machine will automatically tighten and tension the strap and will heat seal or weld the strap together. All within a few seconds. It is extremely simple and easy to use.
