Quantum FBV and VH Series Extra Heavy Duty Bed Mills

An important feature is the locking of the Y and Z axes with a pressure of 1500kg/sqcm, to prevent table movement during heavy cutting operations for enhanced accuracy.

All castings are FC 30 high quality material, anneal treated to relieve internal stress. The X Y axes are hardened, precision ground, then coated with Turcite-B.

A range of 11 Taiwanese heavy duty bed mills featuring:

• Fully supported tables from 1500mm x 450mm up to 2600mm x 700mm.
• X axis travels from 1100mm up to 2000mm and Table loads up to 3 tonnes.
