The On-Line Production System has primarily been developed to track production and to improve the efficiency of the production process.

This information is held in a database that enables the user to create reports containing information such as line efficiency, total production etc on any time frame.

The On-Line Production System is setup in the production environment with a controller on each production line. Each controller is networked via an Ethernet connection to a master PC. This enables the master user to control the flow of information between the controllers and the PC.
