We have produced 7 Maxi-Check L MCL600/24” valves for export to a mining customer in Mexico.
The main benefit of this facility is to allow us to manufacture and supply our range of SLURRYTUFF valves into the Central and South American market.
One of the key benefits of manufacturing our valves in USA as opposed to our main location in Australia, is that it would reach the South American market with a 3 week turn around on sea freight. This, of course, is a tremendous benefit to Upwey Valve & Engineering to now supply ‘MADE in USA valves’ to the United States market.
We are excited as this opens many opportunities for Upwey Valve & Engineering as well as our SLURRYTUFF brand.
