It works by blowing 1300 watts of heated air onto the board your are working on, melting the solder on the SMD?pads in the process. It is fully temperature adjustable between 100°C and 500°C. The high flow air pump blows up to 120 litres per minute and is also adjustable depending on the desoldering temperature being used. It includes three nozzles designed. The nozzles are single pipe in 8.5Ø, 6.5Ø, 5Ømm diametres, suitable for use withSOIC, CHIP, QFP, PLCC & BGA devices and a wide variety of SMD components.
