Specifically designed to travel on all types of IPN or IPE, HEA or HEB profiles, straight or curved. The CHV motorised trolley from VERLINDE also allows for the direct attachment of an upper hook hoist or the coupling of Verlinde hoists.

Features

The Verlinde CHV electric motorised trolley hoist is designed to provide users with the maximum level of safety. It is delivered with the following equipment as standard:

• The CHV allows the suspension of any type of lifting device
• Variable steering speed from 5 to 20m/min
• Adjustable flange spacing for possible adapting to all types of IPN, IPE, HEA or HEB profiles, straight or curved
• 4 rubber buffers
• Complete trolley, ready for connection
• Motor protection IP55, Class F
• Low voltage electrical box

Available Options

• Angle gear motor to obtain a reduced steering speed (5 or 10m/min and 10-2.5m/min)
• Two-speed steering (20-5m/min)
• Slow variable speed (3-10m/min)
• 1 or 2 speed very low voltage button box and control transformer
• Limit switch with 1 or 2 thresholds
• Other three-phase power supply
• Version with hanging crossbar
