Available in both gear-head (HG) and electronic variable speed (EVS) configurations, these models offer robust construction, versatile threading capabilities, and smooth operation for consistent machining results.

The FEL Engine Lathe Series offers high-speed precision with several key features and benefits. All models come with an oil bathed lubrication system for the headstock, ensuring smooth operation and longevity. The series meets CE standards (on request) and features a 52.5mm spindle bore with ASA D1-6. The castings are stabilized and stress-relieved, while the bed ways are hardened and ground to a minimum HRC of 48-55.

The Turcite B coating between the bed and carriage reduces friction and wear. The machines operate at an extremely low noise level and include a foot brake pedal for safety. Built-in coolant pumps and fittings are provided, along with a wider bed way to absorb vibrations. The EVS model offers constant surface speed control (CSS) on request.
