With linear guideways, Z-axis box way, and multi-angle cutting capabilities, it excels in mould surface cutting, 3D contouring, and heavy-duty machining, making it ideal for aerospace, automotive, and die/mould industries.

The NF Series from Vision Wide is engineered for demanding 5-face machining applications. Its bridge-type double column design incorporates linear guideways on the X and Y axes and a box way on the Z-axis, delivering both speed and rigidity. The square cross-section beam design keeps the spindle head’s center of gravity close to the beam center, enhancing stability during heavy-duty operations.

The NF Series supports automatic head change systems, including 90° heads, extension heads, and universal heads, enabling multi-angle machining without manual intervention. Tool center point compensation and automatic tool changers (ATC) further streamline complex operations.

A twin hydraulic cylinder counterweight system with nitrogen assistance ensures smooth Z-axis movement. The machine also features a ballscrew support device for X-axis ≥ 4 m and Y-axis ≥ 3 m, enhancing long-travel stability.

Enclosed sheet metal guarding is tailored to machine size, with options for roofed or roofless configurations. The NF Series is compatible with multiple CNC controllers, including FANUC 31iB, HEIDENHAIN TNC 640, SIEMENS 828D/ONE, and MITSUBISHI M80/M830.
