Designed for heavy industrial use the TM-800 provides the capacity, ultrasonic power, durability and safety features required to service your automotive, engineering or mining operations. As with all TM models the TM-800 features a weir tank and automated liquid reticulation system for removal of contamination during operation. An intuitive Mitsubishi HMI control panel provides access to all operating controls and display of operating status and performance parameters. Remote monitoring and operation is also possible through network connectivity.

The tanks in our TM Mega Tank series are manufactured from ‘marine grade’ SS316 Stainless Steel for superior durability and corrosion resistance, covered by a 5-year warranty. Quality construction, built-in automated processes and safety functions, quiet operation, easy maintenance and fast start-up will keep your business running efficiently for years to come.

The TM-800 Mega Tank industrial ultrasonic cleaning machine features include:

• Weir tank with triple interceptor for the capture and removal of oils
• Climate controlled generator cabinet to ensure optimum operating environment
• Fully automated reticulation system with pump-out to maintain solution quality
• High-performance immersible industrial BLT Type transducers
• Fully adjustable ultrasonic frequency from 28-100kHz, up to 21.6kW ultrasonic power
• User-friendly Siemens control panel programmed for simple operation
• Degas and Sweep modes
• Dual heating elements for rapid heating to 60°C (user limited)
• 5-year warranty on tank construction

• Stainless steel basket rated to 750Kg
• 12 months warranty on parts and labour
