Industrial Floor Sweepers | SureSweep
The TRS technology that is used in every one of the sure sweep industrial sweepers ensures that dirt has nowhere to go but inside the rear mounted hopper. The two contra-rotating roller brushes ensure that all debris, from fine grains of sand to soft drink cans, is collected.
Each SureSweep floor sweeper has two roller brushes that contra rotate. That means – the front one revolves in the direction of travel and the rear one rotates in the opposite direction (counter to the direction of travel).
The front roller brush rotates in the air without coming into contact with the ground — guiding larger debris towards the back rear roller. As a result, it is subject to less wear, and uses only a small amount of energy.
The two counter-rotating rollers grab both the coarse and the fine particles and sweep them into the hopper. (This is filled from the front to ensure optimal utilisation without blockages) The dirt and rubbish is guided back — towards the sweeper hopper — via a guide (positioned above the point at which the rollers intersect). This ensures that the material is fed over the rear roller and into the sweeper hopper.
Two side brushes support the work carried out by the roller brushes. They brush the dirt and rubbish from the corners and edges of the floor, and into the path of the roller brushes, which then collect it.
The loading system ensures that your SureSweep floor sweeper is resistant to blockages. One advantage the SureSweep sweeper has is that it will not need emptying as often as a conventional sweeper because the collected debris is loaded into the top of the hopper. This enables optimum volume utilisation. This means longer running times between emptying the sweeper hopper.
No rubber lip at the front of the sweeper means that lighter, bulkier objects (such as e.g. polystyrene cups, bottles, cans, and wet or dry leaves) can be drawn in by the front roller brush and collected by the sweeping machine. A vacuum is created between the roller brushes, which allows traditionally problematic refuse (such as paper which is lying flat on the floor) to be easily collected by the sweeper.
The range of sure sweep floor sweeping machines have multiple broom/brush options depending on the size and model floor sweeper. These include polyamide brushes, polypropylene, polypropylene + wire and natural fibre. The brush type can be determined by the type of debris and application the floor sweeper is required for.
The sure sweep range is available from small general use push type floor sweepers to self propelled units with vacuum incorporated up to mobile ride on floor sweepers capable of 6600 sq mtrs/hr of floor sweeping area.
Multicomp also provide magnetic attachments for the range of floor sweepers for assistance in pickup of those difficult to pick up pieces such as rivet stems and fine metal pieces that can embed themselves in small crevices making it difficult for the sweeper to dislodge.
The entire range of sure sweep equipment is available from Multicomp in Wollongong NSW. Multicomp provide floor sweepers accross sydney, wollongong and the southern highlands.
The range includes walk behind floor sweepers, ride on floor sweepers, battery sweepers, LPG floor sweepers for larger applications, and much more.
