ProHost® is the first material handling and distribution System designed specifically for hotels and resorts. A dynamic management tool, the ProHost® System works to improve productivity, quality standards and inventory control. The Challenge

The System

The integrated equipment is an ensemble of power assisted and non-powered Mobiles and Totes that carry program-loaded quantities matched to each floor and section. Each System is customized to fit the physical layout of the hotel. The process is designed to complement the operational goals and objectives of management.

Productivity

The ProHost® System sharply reduces material handling requirements. System clients report that room attendants can complete daily assignments 30 to 40 minutes faster using the ProHost® System. The time that room attendants had previously devoted to loading and handling activities can be redistributed to gain greater employee productivity and enhance guest services.

ProHost® is the first System to provide total separation of clean and soiled items. Soiled linen and trash remain out of the guest's view at all times.
