All of GBT’s cutting machines are made from either food-grade stainless steel or high-grade steel, and are designed to be able to score bread on an industrial scale. Cross Cutting Machine

• Cuts with a cutting width of ± 3 mm
• All parts made with food-grade stainless steel or high-grade steel

GBT Top Cut 1

• Cuts with a cutting length of ±1.5 mm
• Works at a capacity of 2,000 Stk/h

GBT Top Cut 2

• With 2 cutting heads: achieves a capacity of 4,200 Stk/h
• Cycle time of approximately 22 seconds
• Able to set cut depth and cut length
• Able to offer diagonal cuts and straight cuts
