Features of the GZ 36 – TL – 3B  Multi Waste Industrial Incinerator include;

• Both Top & Front Loading by Apron Feeders/Vestibules & Fork Trolley Loader
• Motorised Rail mounted Fork loader & De-asher
• Ash removal via In-ground ash drag chain conveyor
• Waste Oil fed into the Secondary Combustion Chamber, reduces fuel consumption.

20’ & 40’ Modified sea containers contain our Containerized Incinerators that include GZ model designs to handle 16 cubic metre loads into the Primary Combustion Chamber (PCC) with our rail mounted fork loader (manually operated & motorized).

This enables single loads of 4 x 1m3 cyanide Boxes or IBC’s to go through an efficient, controlled burn cycle.

At the end of the burn cycle the metal framed IBC’s can be removed to be re-used repeatedly, while the wooden cyanide boxes will be reduced to fine ash.
