The recycling lines were first designed in 2010 for a customer from South Africa who recycled car and truck oil filters. The first oil filter recycling line was simple (feeding in conveyor + shredder + feeding out conveyor and magnetic separator).

In 2012, an improved oil filter recycling line was designed for a Malaysian car oil filter processing company. The output from this line is 500-800kgs per hour. The customer was satisfied with this design and shared many production experiences, photos and videos with us.

In 2019, upgraded oil filter recycling line came out, changed all PVC conveyor into steel chain one, which is very good for environment and oil recycling.

Enerpat keep on improving the line and after several years now boasts the most successful oil filter recycling line for car and truck oil filters, with a metal and paper separation rate of 99.99%.
