The semi-automatic model is operated the crown by means of a pedal, but the cutting system is fully automatic. The wrapping process is simple and can be carried out by a single person.

The automatic model is equipped with power-driven conveyor belts, product-detection photocells, crown rotation and conveyor speed controller and an automatic cutting system.

Distinctive Features:

• Crown
  • The Lett machine is equipped with machined aluminum crown to ensure maximum accuracy and continuity of packed during rotation. It is mounted on rubber wheels with ball bearings that transmit traction and provide greater stability and reliability at all times.
• Reel holder
  • Equipped with a two brake system that ensures the reliability and accuracy in the stopping operation during the wrapping process and the reel changing.
• Clamp and Cut
  • The clamp and cutting module is designed to provide maximum efficiency and robustness in any packaging situation. The module consists of a clamp that holds the plastic and a blade cutting. Action accuracy is ensured by two pneumatic cylinders.
• Safety Ring
  • The machine has a safety ring with a film slot to ensure maximum safety levels in the Crown.
• Pneumatic Pressure
  • The pneumatic pressure ensure vertical stability of the products during packaging. Depending on the characteristics of the product to be packaged pressure rollers may be of different materials such as PVC, nylon or polyurethane.
• Control Panel
  • The control panel is integrated in the structure. Its position is optimal for handling packed features and offers excellent working ergonomics and ease of access for handling. It incorporates an intuitive touch screen with a menu that guides the operator step by step through the process of packing.
