The Docking Saw was designed and commissioned for APLNZ to cut dunnage to size. The machine was designed to be robust, simple to use and safe.  A standalone dust collector was incorporated to collect saw dust and the off-cuts drop into a bin via a chute.

Operator places the dunnage into the saw and actuates a pneumatic logic side shift that moves the dunnage through the saw, cutting to the desired size.
