Temperature Recording Data loggers replace hand written records of the display on a thermometer, where records must be made. The most common application id the storage and transport of food, or pharmaceuticals, where the temperature affects the quality, or safety of the product. In the case of flowers, biological samples, tissue, blood and similar products, the temperature history determines the efficacy of the product. The Center 340 and 342 record up to 64000 readings which can be downloaded to a PC for analysis. The unit has a digital display for the process value, alarm condition, battery condition and memory status.
