Having Compact’s corporate computer cheques means you utilise your software more effectively AND save valuable time.

Our cheques suit any customised or standard program (e.g. MYOB, QuickBooks, Law Ledger, Comparto, Locus, Open Practice etc).

We are fully licensed and accredited cheque-printers. This means we can print and personalise your cheques to make full use of your software, and at the same time your corporate cheques will complement your letterhead, with your company colours and logo.

Here’s how they work:
Step 1. Enter all the relevant data into the computer, and then simply print out your cheques as you would letters, invoices or statements.

Step 2. Depending on the program, your computer will complete not only your cheque, but also a remittance advice and office copy.

You save valuable time by:

• No separate writing of cheque and cheque-butt
• No separate preparation of remittance advice
• No writing of cheque recipients name and address on envelope

Step 3. After cheque is signed, detach the office-copy, if applicable. Fold on the perforated line and put it in a window-face envelope for postage (program permitting).
