Coilflo Compact Heat Exchangers (also known as Coil-in-Pot Heat Exchangers) are designed to process low flows of product or waste streams efficiently with minimal maintenance. The Coilflo Compact Heat Exchanger utilizes a Coil-in-Pot type configuration where the product stream is directed to an inner heat transfer coil and the heating or cooling flow, in the jacket.

Coilflo Mini Heat Exchangers are designed to be installed vertically as this enables the product or waste stream to be completely free drain. Coilflo’s are typically supplied with wall mount brackets and stainless steel clad insulation but can be floor mounted if required.

Formed from a single coiled 12.7mmØ (½”) pipe, these ultra-compact heat exchangers can heat or cool flows of around 200L/hr and the 19mmØ (¾”) version has up to 1000l/hr capacity. Inner heat transfer coils are made from 316 stainless steel as standard and can be supplied with duplex alloy tubing for corrosive products
