The Classic Series offers a range of advanced machining solutions designed for precision and efficiency. The bed is made from fine grain Grade 25 cast iron with a box-type construction, providing rigidity and stability. The high-torque spindle motor ensures powerful performance for heavy stock removal, while the bi-directional tool turret allows for quick and precise tool changes. The thermally seasoned bed is designed for easy chip flow and removal, enhancing long-term accuracy. The machine also features an overload tripping clutch to minimize damage in case of accidents. The X and Z axes are equipped with high precision ball screws supported by precision class ball screw support bearings, ensuring stability and accuracy. Additionally, the tailstock is hydraulically operated and supported on V and flat guideways, providing rigidity and ease of use. These features make the Classic Series ideal for diverse industrial applications, offering enhanced performance and reliability.
