Description

The Baker Hughes Panametrics PM880 Portable Moisture Analyser from HMA INSTRUMENTATION is a complete, portable hygrometer package for measurement of moisture and humidity in industrial gases and non-aqueous liquids. The PM880 is an intrinsically-safe, battery-powered moisture analyser utilising proven aluminium oxide moisture sensor technology to measure moisture dewpoint in gases and dissolved water in hydrocarbon liquids.

The PM880 Portable Moisture Analyser from HMA INSTRUMENTATION is compatible will all Panametrics aluminium oxide moisture sensors. Some incorporate a pressure sensor to enable dynamic pressure compensation for optimal parts per million measurement accuracy under variable pressure conditions. This also simplifies operator interaction with the analyser, as a manual static pressure entry is not required.

The separated electronics/probe design allows probes to be swopped in minutes when sensor recalibration is required, without the need for any electronics reprogramming. Applications include natural gas, chemical and petrochemical gases and non-aqueous liquid applications, industrial gases, gas cylinder preparation and filling, furnace gases/heat treating, power generation, SF6 circuit breakers, and general plant/facility maintenance.
