The FM30-R1/2 models are compact Fill-Seal machines for preformed cups/tubs/containers, capable of working with 30 strokes per minute. It offers high reliability with low power consumption, low maintenance costs and easy-to-use operation.

It is suitable for low up to high viscosity products as well as liquids and solids. The operation of the machine is rotational providing many stations for different functions such as filling, sealing, (optional) inert gas flushing providing the possibility of modified atmosphere during packaging, printing and plastic lid (i.e. snap-on overcup) application etc.

Ultra-Clean and Laminar Flow versions

• Advanced hygienic conditions with Ultra-Clean system
• Class 100 clean air supply unit is consisting of:
  • Coarse dust filter (G4)
  • Fine dust filter (F9)
  • HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter H14
• Fully CIP and SIP connectable Filling unit
• Inert gas flushing providing modified atmosphere packaging
• Extended shelf life for sensitive products like yogurt, desserts or fresh juice
Both FM30-R1 and FM30R2 main frames and working stations are constructed by stainless steel and anodized aluminium.

 

All systems are controlled by a PLC unit. All the settings and error messages are displayed on the touch screen control panel.

Remote diagnosis application for remote intervention and repair

The FM30 series can optionally be supplied with the mobile CIP Feeder and the mobile Butter Extruder mechanism.
