Applications

• AEROCUT broaches are used to cut keyways in inch and metric sizes to enable square keys to be used  between shafts and pulleys for power transmission.
• AEROCUT square and hexagonal broaches are used to cut square and hexagonal holes in jobs in inch and metric sizes.

Features

• All AEROCUT broaches are supplied with TiN coating at no extra cost.
• All AEROCUT keyway broaches are supplied with shims.

Specifications

• Keyway broaches are available from 1/16" to 2" and in metric sizes from 2mm to 45mm.
• AEROCUT broaches interchange with American standard sized brands.
• Square and hexagonal broaches range in size from 1/8" to 1" and 4mm to 25mm.
