The Hilma DS range of precision, double-clamping vices are available with mechanical and hydraulic operation.

They can be operated manually with selectable clamp force via a torque wrench.

Alternatively, hydraulic pressure (from separate power unit) can operate the vice via hand/foot switches or they can be fully programmed.

Double clamping vices are highly economical for the production of small, medium and large batches in manual, semi-automatic or automatic operation.

Available in 100mm and 150mm sizes with clamp force up to 40kN.
