Available in power ratings from 0.18kw to 22kw 415V 3ph in and 0.18kw to 2.2kw 1ph in, the VFD-e also includes an internal PLC with up to 350 program steps allowing simple automation projects to be realized without an additional PLC.

The VFD-e  utilizes VFor sensorless vector control methods and features a vast range of control and protection parameters, including PID, mutli –speed, programmable inputs and outputs, over current, over torque, over heat and ground fault protection.

 A range of plug-in cards and fieldbus modules are available to provide such options as DeviceNET, CANbus or ProfiBus communications, encoder input, and additional digital or analogue I/O. The compact and efficient design allows for side by side mounting inside control cabinets and the keypad is removable for remote mounting.

RS-485 serial communications, DC bus sharing and an internal EMC filter are provided as standard, and braking units, are available for applications that require rapid deceleration of high inertia loads.
 
The VFD-e range of AC drives can be easily intergrated with the Delta range of PLC’s LCD operator panels and touch screen HMIs.
