A whole new generation of Tray and Wrap-Around packers has just been developed. The aim was to create a machine that takes up less space and is much easier to clean. This has been achieved in part by isolating the air and electricity in an enclosed upper frame, after which the cables are run to the individual parts of the machine through enclosed conduits. This avoids cable trays and loose wires, where dust and dirt can collect.

In addition, the machine has been fitted with the latest technology. This makes it much easier to make changes in, for example, packing patterns and grouping after delivery, making the machine adaptable for future changes in production.

The machine is very easy to operate, as it has been designed to be open and easy to monitor from all angles. This gives the operator optimal access and therefore a quick start-up after stopping.
