These miniature precision linear position string potentiometers range from 0-2.5 (63.5mm), 0-7.5 (190.5mm), 0-12.5 (317.5mm), 0-25 inches (635mm).

Available in 2 different types:

• Voltage Divider - SM1
• Voltage Divider (with 40" electrical cable) - SM2

Voltage Divider - SM1

• Range: 0-2.5 (63.5mm)
• 0-7.5 (190.5mm)
• 0-12.5 (317.5mm)
• 0-25 inches (635mm)

With it's ultra compact design, the SM1 is the perfect solution when tight space is an issue. At just a little over an inch across, this miniature string pot offers full stroke measurement ranges from 2.5 to 25 inches (63.5mm to 635mm). A precision plastic hybrid 10K-ohm potentiometer delivers a precise voltage divider output signal that is linearly proportional to the travel of the spring-loaded measuring cable.
