• A lift table allows operators to set a constant working height to palletise goods.
• A rotating turntable top ensures nearside access is maintained at all times
• When packaging is complete, simply lower the hydraulic lift table and wrap the load
• Stack N Wrap comprises of; AS2-900 model hydraulic lift table, powered Paldisc turntable, Series 3 Safetech semi-auto wrapper mast
• Powered Paldisc turntable – 240V with VSD and 90 degree indexing, operator can rotate through 90 degrees with a single button press (VSD is a soft start stop option supporting wrapping of very light and very heavy loads)
• Smartlift™ by Safetech includes down indexing, up/down and turntable rotation buttons all located within SmartLift™ enclosure and mounted on 100mm high pedestal.
• Photo eye kit ensures auto load height sensing, standard P/E suits clear film applications.
