Applications:

Having the strapping table on the side means any unusually long items are easier to be placed ready for strapping. Think about lengths of timber or lengths of any items to be strapped together. Also, when the strapping table is on the side then if anything drops from the goods then it will simply go on the floor beneath. Consider the frozen food industry or bunches of flowers or vegetation where anything from water and ice to leaves or even dirt or dust may fall. If any of these were to fall into the machinery then it may cause the strapping machine to fail.

Features:

• An adjustable work table which can be moved up or down to suit requirements - between 420mm and 770mm
• Mechanical tension control (tension range between 15-45kg)
• Uses polypropylene/plastic strapping in 12mm x 3000m rolls 
• 2.5 second strapping cycle
• Easy load operation
