Working in real time, points are instantly updated to the members account. Customer purchase behaviour and profiles can be analysed in detail to get reward levels right. 

A full back office reporting suite let Zucca keep on track with sales, trends, peak and slow times.

"The back of house is very detailed and easy to use, the reporting is very extensive. The weekly reporting breaks down into any reporting we need. Within minutes we know how we are doing, any loopholes and what we need to fix up," De Marco said.

"The level of support and guidance we have received has been great. I plan to use Vectron at a new CBD venture later this year."
