Our wrap around packaging machine does the following packaging processes to trays, tubs and pots of ready-meals:

• Sleeving
• Banding
• Gluing

Our wrap around cartoning machine guarantees that your business’ ready-meal products have a very tight fitting sleeve wrapped around its container to preserve its contents before consumption.Sleeving or banding of ready meal trays, tubs and pots.  The sleeve is either glued to the tray or a very tight fitting sleeve around a tray.Ready meals are an alternative meal that is quick and cost-effective, which just requires heating before consumption.

Features:

• Material cost is kept to a minimum as sleeves are supplied in a flat blank form.
• Labour cost is also kept low and the optional automatic product transfer can save even more labour when linked to the upstream tray sealing system.

• Ease of product loading so the operator is not constantly chasing a moving product bucket or carton. The PB60 delivers an empty infeed bucket in the same location ready for loading
• Size changing of cartons is down to less than15 minutes.
  • The PB60AL has automatic adjustable flights and easy to use hand crank adjustments to make size changing easy and repeatable for new or experienced operators
  • Motorised depth adjustment for accurate fast size change.
• Compact space saving design 4.6 m²
• State of the art controls allow for a simple design approach making the PB60 easy to use.
• Troubleshooting systems built in
• Top to bottom guard doors allow easy access for cleaning, maintenance and carton or product size changes
