Omni Elite Machine Pallet Wrap has been developed to reduce the amount of plastic required to wrap a pallet whilst also reducing pallet wrapping costs. Our range of stretch wrap contains a high strength resin that gives thinner film the equivalent strength of a thicker film. It is available in 10, 12 and 14um thicknesses with a high stretch yield.

We recommend pairing our stretch wraps with an Omni pallet wrapping machine with power pre-stretch to ensure maximum stretch yield. Combining Omni Group machine pallet wraps and pallet wrapping machines can help you to reduce your plastic usage and spend on pallet wrapping overall.

The Elite machine wrap range is also available in a 5um thick pre-stretched film with rolled edges. During the converting process, it has both edges of the film rolled over to strengthen the film and eliminate tearing during wrapping. Pre-stretched film allows for consistent tension throughout the wrapping cycle. The ends of the roll are rounded, which means if you drop the roll, it would not be damaged like regular pallet wrap rolls. Elite rolled edge machine wrap is specifically designed for users of non-power pre-stretch pallet wrappers, as this film is already pre-stretched. It is ideal for wrapping lighter and regular square shaped pallet loads.
