The conductive cooling solutions are not achieved by using heat pipes. The concept starts with the design of the CPU boards, their peripherals, and the selection of parts. This method allows the solution to be mounted in any orientation a customer needs or has space for, compared to heat pipe solutions.
Furthermore, only low power consumption and long-term available parts are selected. The heat-generating components are placed without any compromises on the backside of the baseboard. This is to connect all hot spots directly to the surface of the case. Ultimately, to achieve this custom design, expertise is required which is not available in off-the-shelf or mass-produced solutions.
