If you are wrapping large pallets that don’t fit on a turntable or are difficult pallets to move around, the Viverra is your perfect solution. The Viverra is a mobile wrapping machine that circles around that pallet to secure load with stretch film. These machines are a very efficient and effective wrapping method as a results of excellent automation features and programs. The unique driving system of the Omni Viverra makes this machine very stable and easy to move around the pallets. Despite its robust design, the area Viverra requires minimal clearance area around pallet therefore uses very little space.

Automatic programming

With 20 program settings, you can wrap your pallets to suit your specific needs. This ensures your pallet load is secure while maximising stretch film performance.

Automatic film attach

This eliminates the need to manually attach and cut the film, therefore preventing unwanted film tails. The film is automatically applied to the pallet at the beginning of the cycle and then is cut and heat sealed at the end.

Power pre stretch unit*

With the ability to stretch film to 400%, this feature is unique to the Omni Pallet Wrappers.
