Our pneumatic tool for the handling of rolls.

Expand&Turn grips the core of the roll and turns it from a vertical to a horizontal position, or vice versa. The gripping surfaces are rubber-coated to ensure a secure grip and minimal impact on the actual roll.

The upper surface of the tool is equipped with small rolls to facilitate loading and unloading of especially heavy rolls.

Expand&Turn is compatible with all our P-model trolleys. Expand&Turn can be purchased as a separate module by itself.

Standard or customized

The expander is delivered in the standard sizes 3 “(76mm), 6” (152mm). Customized expanders can handle rolls with core sizes up to 10 “.

Light signals indicate if the expander is activated. When the green light is on, it is safe to lift. To prevent the roll from being released accidentally the roll is disengaged with a two-handed grip. Choose between the manually or the electrically operated turning function.
