Advanced cutter bar:

The new mower cutterbar is a fully enclosed and welded construction. The wedge shaped profile enables the highest quality of cut - even when the forage is flattened and the mower is working in less than optimum conditions

Large Drive Gears:

The main forces are transmitted by a series of large spur gears. Auxiliary gears, positioned at the very front of the bed then satellite off this main gear train to drive the mowing discs. This optimum overlap of the cutting blades results in an absolutely perfect cut

Cutterbar Protection:

Replaceable stops have been placed on the front of the cutterbar to improve the cutting result and protect the cutterbar from damage

Swivel Gearbox:

The flexible yet positive drive of the mowing unit via swivel gearbox offers advantages in turning, without any danger of damage to the PTO which remains in the same position. The agility of the mower fitted with the lateral drawbar is incredible, it means mowing with no interruption, no lifting and reversing even in tight turns and corners

Centre of Gravity:

The mower is not only suspended from the centre of the frame but is also mounted at the centre of gravity. The advantage is always an even surface pressure over the entire working width and no lateral forces, lower fuel consumption and hence higher economy and output

Great Suspension:

using the central springs, the optimum surface pressure is set across the entire working width. This allows the mower to be adjusted to the individual ground conditions.

Roller Type Conditioner:

Fitted with full width profiled, intermeshing chevron styled rollers this conditioner is particularly suited to legumes and other leaf crops. The polyurethane plastic is resistant to wear, dramatically increasing service life. The lower roller is always driven and the upper roller can be driven as an additional option
