The Plug Up range of low pressure Bungs and Isolation Plugs has a new stable mate - the Plug-Up Range.

This industrial inflatable tool is a tried, tested and trusted low pressure, inflatable plug for construction, mining, engineering and environmental management markets.

As with the entire range of Plug- Up Isolation Plugs, this useful pipe plug doesn't need any special high pressure equipment to inflate it. What makes it more interesting is that the shape allows for seating in a pipes ducts or voids that are not to the exact size it’s made. So it will seal pipes in a wide 12% range of its made size.

What makes it useful as an added tool is that its short and flexible, very compact and easy to manoeuvre through restricted access areas.

Its myriad of uses include:

• Closing off pipes to keep them clean during maintenance;
• Isolating openings from environmental contamination;
• Sealing pipes or ducts on plant and equipment during wash down;
• Emergency plugging or isolation of drainage points and sumps from spills;
• Void forming for casting of sleeves or knuckles;
• It’s even been used for a lifting cushion when used together with a series of Plug Up units
