Features:

• This bagger features an output capacity of up to 1200 bags per hour.
• Outputs up to 1.200 bags/hour depending on product’ characteristics
• Double tray magazine with handling curtain for WPP side-gusseted bags, automatic change
• Preparation and bag reference
• Pre-opening fingers
• Open mouth pillow or side gusseted bags made of paper, PE or laminated WPP / BOPP
• Motorized filling spout to optimize all entrance sections at each format
• Bags’ top stretching and extraction set by robotic pincers
• Side pincer at filling spout to keep gussets closed.
• Dust aspiration outlets to connect to the filter.
• Dosing system by means of gravity, belt conveyor or auger screw as per product properties and output requirements
