The Ilersac W is a specialist unit for processing open mouth woven poly propylene bags.

An industry leading solution for automated filling & closing of WWP open mouth pillow or side gusseted bags.

Features:

This bagger features an output capacity of up to 1200 bags per hour.
Outputs up to 1.200 bags/hour depending on product’ characteristics
Double tray magazine with handling curtain for WPP side-gusseted bags, automatic change
Preparation and bag reference
Pre-opening fingers
Open mouth pillow or side gusseted bags made of paper, PE or laminated WPP / BOPP
Motorized filling spout to optimize all entrance sections at each format
Bags’ top stretching and extraction set by robotic pincers
Side pincer at filling spout to keep gussets closed.
Dust aspiration outlets to connect to the filter.
Dosing system by means of gravity, belt conveyor or auger screw as per product properties and output requirements
Simple and user-friendly HMI
