The FFP (fast opening) series membrane filter press combines the existing benefi ts of membrane technology and side bar design with improved mechanical and process performance. By introducing fast opening system and automatic cake discharge, the specific filtration capacity is enhanced to the optimum for fi lter presses with vertical plate arrangement.

The special design of the filter plates increases the process performance and especially the effect of the air blowing. This results in lower residual moistures in connection with reduced wear and tear. Further enhancement of process consistency is related to the cloth fl ushing after each cake discharge.

The standard range includes plate sizes of 1500, and 2500 mm plates.
