• Machine caters for tray size up to 180 mm x 220 mm
• Suitable for any sealable trays such as PP. PE. PET. PVC. and Card Board trays.
• Sealing jig with film seal, cut and rewind device
• Machine throughput: Approx 18 cycle/minute (product and size dependent)
• Machine controlled by PLC. through Touch screen (TSC)
• Electrical power supply : 240VAC, 10A.
• Pneumatic compressed air supply requirement: 600KPa, 800L/M.
• Machine dimension: 720W x 1320 H x 2100 L. 600 kg approximate.
• Sturdy construction, stainless steel frame work.
• On lockable castors, compact design.
• Index forward, fast operation.
• Special design for easy change tooling
• All function on the PLC and TSC

There is gas flushing with this machine. You would need the gas bottle and valves to connect to it.
