AUTOMATIC SEALING BAR SLEEVE WRAPPER WITH PLC AND MULTILINE DIVIDER with 700 mm sealing bar

The new series of Minipack International sleeve wrapper lines is characterised by the great versatility of the models offered combining efficiency, reliability and high performance.

The sleeve wrapper lines are equipped with a 6-track divider and a vibrator unit for easier channelling of the products into the stainless steel lanes, with the option of adjusting the speed. The divider assures much faster production of the bundle.

The sleeve wrappers are also equipped with build-up detection systems, full lane monitoring and fallen product monitoring.

– Multi-row inline feeder
– Volumetric product sorting system
– Sealing bar with a film cutting blade (no smoke during the sealing step)

– Photoelectric cell that blocks the sealing bar if it encounters an obstacle in its path

– Internal conveyor belt in the heat-shrinking Tunnel, driven by a gear motor with adjustable speed and featuring a thin steel mesh grate  with side chains
