A 4 pin 32A plug will fit the following sockets.

1. Four (4) pin 32A socket.
2. Five (5) pin 32A socket.
3. Four (4) pin 40A socket.
4. Five (5) pin 40A socket.
5. Four (4) pin 50A socket.
6. Five (5) pin 50A socket.

A 4 pin 10A plug will fit the following sockets.

1. Four (4) pin 10A socket.
2. Five (5) pin 10A socket.
3. Four (4) pin 20A socket.
4. Five (5) pin 20A socket.

Without a 3 phase 20A circuit breaker in the line between a 32A plug and a 20A socket. There is the possibility for a 10A extension lead to be connected into a 50A outlet. Without any suitable protection for the 10A extension lead in the event of a fault, this could present a safety issue.

For this reason, EEC ONLY supplies the 32A to 20A adaptors with a circuit breaker in line.
