CG300 Series Capacitance Type Level Sensor ...
Bestech Australia introducing new CG300 series level sensors from NOHKEN, CG series employ phase detection principle and reflect 30 years experiences of NOHKEN in capacitance level measurement. The capacitance between electrodes increases with material around the CG sensors, and associated frequency changes in the oscillation circuit which is processed by microprocessor, therefore, the change in capacitance value is detected by changes in frequency value and gives 4-10 mA output corresponding to the change.
The ZERO and SPAN points of CG 300 series level sensors are sent by one push button makes easy adjustment when the medium changes inside the tank. The sensitivity of the level sensor is 30-2000pF that can be used in a wide range of applications without considering changing the circuit board. Comparing to conventional voltage change detecting sensors, the outstanding advantages of CG level sensors are the sensor will not be affected by noise or resistance build up due to phase detection principle and automatic calculation to adjust output signals. There is no need to recalibrate in actual liquid as these sensors will input same setting data in the same detecting conditions.
The CG 300 series level sensors supplied by Bestech Australia are for liquid level detection and measurement with accuracy of ±0.5% FS under operation temperature from -20 to 60?, -20 to 150?with heat proof option. With maximum 100kPa operating pressure and IP 68 (electrode) and IP65 (housing) protection, the CG series have 4 models to meet you individual requirements.
