i-STS Static Transfer Switches are used extensively in rail infrastructures control networks around the world.
RailCorp, the NSW Government agency and asset holder of passenger rail transport for Sydney metropolitan country, is dedicated to providing a more punctual and informative service, with a centralised Rail Operations Centre (ROC) project scheduled for completion in 2018. NSW train networks have integrated our rack mount i-STS products integrated into the power redundancy systems at rail operation control centres. Other major rail infrastructures that have integrated our i-STS products are Japan Rail Network, Taiwan Rail System and Metro Trains Melbourne.
Our i-STS Model B1 is has proven to be exceptionally popular in point-of-use applications such as railway control and plant rooms as it has a compact design of 1RU (single rack unit height) and comes standard with full remote monitoring and control capabilities.
